I cannot hear the sound
In Tikklo’s Settings, turn Sound on and raise your iPhone’s media volume. With Sound enabled, effects can play even in Silent Mode. Check whether your audio is routed to headphones or another device. Haptics have a separate switch.
When do new levels unlock?
Week 1 starts in the calendar week when you first open Tikklo, with all seven levels available. The next pack opens on Monday in the time zone recorded at first launch. Earlier levels stay open. The first release includes four packs; later packs require app updates.
Can I undo a move?
Yes. Undo sits beside Pause and restores the previous placement. It is available during an active game, after you have made a move, and disappears when the game is finished.
Can I move my progress to another device?
The first release stores progress locally and does not include account-based sync. Apple’s device backup and restore features may preserve app data depending on your settings. We cannot retrieve a remote copy of your progress.
